Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>Technical degree/trade certification or 1-2 years of applicable Industrial Maintenance or comparable experience.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools.</li>
 <li>Basic mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills</li>
 <li>Ability to read and comprehend service manuals.</li>
 <li>Basic computer skills</li>
 <li>Ability to work independently under general supervision and in a teamwork environment.</li>
 <li>Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including three shifts, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the business needs.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment.</li>
 <li>Perform Predictive and Preventive Maintenance to increase equipment uptime.</li>
 <li>Complete work orders and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures</li>
 <li>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and practices and complying with legal codes and regulations.</li>
 <li>Work with the Production Management Team on equipment repair priorities based on overall customer demand and SLA.</li>
 <li>Participate in projects including new equipment installations and facility layout changes.</li>
 <li>Communicates effectively, efficiently, and appropriately with all employees.</li>
 <li>Encourages and champions an atmosphere of Continuous Improvement by fostering an environment with the teams working together to act with intentional inclusion and participation of all team members within Production departments.</li>
 <li>Follows established Environmental/Health/Safety (EHS) guidelines as pertains to safety, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).</li>
 <li>Completes all paperwork required according to procedures.</li>
