Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Perform quality control checks on outbound repairs.</li>
 <li>Record repair order information in the repair system, including customer details, watch information, and special requests.</li>
 <li>Process proceeds and cancellations using Outlook and other systems.</li>
 <li>File and pull documentation for estimates, proceeds, and cancellations, confirming with customers.</li>
 <li>Respond to inquiries regarding repair status and shipment updates with internal stakeholders.</li>
 <li>Assist with closing completed repairs for shipping.</li>
 <li>Process parts return authorizations.</li>
 <li>Support the Parts department in fulfilling orders.</li>
 <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
 <li>High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).</li>
 <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.</li>
 <li>Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.</li>
 <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
 <li>Ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions</li>
