Apply Today, Work Today Weekly PayJob Description: Details:<ul> <li>$27.39 per hour pay rate</li> <li>Full Time</li> <li>Contract - 18 months</li> <li>Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm</li> <li>Onsite in Houston, TX</li></ul>What's in it for you?<ul> <li>Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered</li> <li>401k options</li> <li>Work with a great team!</li></ul>Only considering candidates with the following:<ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in a procurement function, ideally sourcing equipment and/or construction services</li> <li>Experience in supply chain management procurement</li> <li>Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office</li> <li>Attention to detail</li> <li>Organizational skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Develop and present project sourcing procurement plans for capital projects to key stakeholders for projects under areas of responsibility.</li> <li>Manage end-to-end project sourcing and contracting process (including RFI/RFQ/RFPs) for assigned capital projects and other needed services or equipment.</li> <li>Lead Project Sourcing negotiations for project work streams to include services, materials, equipment and delivery schedules that correspond to areas of responsibility.</li> <li>Work collaboratively within Supply Chain Operations Support,</li> <li>Purchasing Services, Key Stakeholders and Global Procurement Group.</li> <li>Meet with key customers routinely and proactively identify capital projects and contract value opportunities.</li> <li>Assist with contract start-up functions involving appropriate department project leads.</li> <li>Participate in identifying emerging opportunities within the supply community.</li> <li>Evaluate existing contract relationships to identify savings opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and other commercial termsenhancements.</li> <li>Leverage market intelligence to evaluate, negotiate, and manage annual price fluctuations.</li> <li>Negotiate commercial terms for project-based spend associated with capital projects.</li> <li>Demonstrate competency in negotiating.</li> <li>Manage contracts for assigned projects and utilize existing</li> <li>Agreements whenever possible.</li> <li>Utilize all Supply Chain technologies for Project Sourcing, Contract</li> <li>Management, SRM, and Spend Analysis.</li></ul>Full-time, Part-time $27.39/hr
