 <li>Foster relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored solutions.</li>
 <li>Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with HR team members to support internal recruiting efforts and enhance employee retention strategies.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
 <li>Proven experience in human resources or staffing roles, with a focus on technical recruiting preferred.</li>
 <li>Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex and Workday is highly desirable.</li>
 <li>Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.</li>
 <li>Experience in training development and implementation is a plus.</li>
 <li>Knowledge of campus recruitment strategies is advantageous.</li>
 <li>Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.</li>
