Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.
Required Experience/Skills:  Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience; Charge and Travel experience
Required Lic/Certs: New York State Nursing License, BLS, ACLS; NIHSS certification and 6 continuing education hours on Stroke related tope are required prior to start.
Unit Info: 10 bed Critical Care Unit; RN:PT Ratio is 1:2; We use 2 Servo vents and the rest are LTVs at this time.  The facility has a vapotherm and V60 bipaps.
Charting: Allscripts/Paragon/Mckesson
Shift: Nights (7:00 pm-7:30 am); Must be willing to float to Med Surg when needed
Duration: 13 weeks
