Actively collaborate with colleagues to support the department, ensuring that customers needs are met</li> <li>Use judgement to provide timely and effective administrative support and consistently handle own workload priorities.</li> <li>Extensive diary management, and coordination of internal and external meetings and events.</li> <li>Support all aspects of local and overseas travel for the department including updating the travel budget.</li> <li>Provide logistical support for staff recruitment and onboarding.</li> <li>Coordinate agendas, collating slides, taking notes and following up on actions.</li></ul>Full-time, Part-time $27.0/hrHV23
