 <li>High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience</li>
 <li>Ability to multitask with strong organization skills</li>
 <li>High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills</li>
 <li>Ability to perform work accurately and completely and in a timely manner</li>
 <li>Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are critical</li>
 <li>Must be computer literate</li>
 <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word</li>
 <li>Strong teamwork and problem solving skills</li>
 <li>Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Collects data and distributes data by phone, email or mail</li>
 <li>Collects, compiles and reports results and status of data</li>
 <li>Communicates data and reports as needed</li>
 <li>Prepares and maintains ongoing documents and procedures</li>
 <li>Administers and maintains a training management system</li>
 <li>Researches training supplies and materials as needed - including details, cost comparison, and timelines</li>
 <li>Orders supplies for training department as needed</li>
 <li>Other duties as assigned</li>
