Industrial maintenance technicians are responsible for:

• Solving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on various production and facility equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
• Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, electrical schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance work.

Routine Maintenance: Performing daily, weekly, monthly maintenance to the production and facility equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance: Implementing programs and procedures to prevent future issues and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and repairing equipment like machinery, tools, and appliances.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform physical tasks with precision and accuracy.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and diagnose problems effectively.
• n Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and contractors. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
