• Part Time ~ 20 hours per week
• Fully Remote - EST or CT time zone

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and make timely project-related decisions.
• Proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
• SAP Experience
• ALTO experience
• Excel Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle spanning multiple business units nationwide
• Focus on compiling and monitoring state medical license information for customers
• Develop and implement an application or solution for efficient license management
• Conduct assessment of current in-house applications and explore external alternatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery
• Communicate project updates, expectations, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively
• Foster collaboration and teamwork among departments and stakeholders involved in the project
