Job Description:  A facility in Springfield, VT is looking for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient health in various healthcare settings. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop treatment plans, educate patients on health management, and ensure compliance with medical protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies promptly. Focus on patient advocacy and delivering compassionate care to promote recovery and well-being.

Required Experience/Skills:  Minimum 2 years of current Med/Surg Tele and PCU experience, Must be willing to float to any inpatient until within scope of practice  Minimum 3 months previous travel experience

Preferred Experience/Skills: Small critical access facility experience preferred

Required License/Certs:  State Nursing License or Compact State License, BLS, ACLS

Facility/Unit Info: 25 beds, Nurse:Patient- 1:5-7

Shift:  Nights (7:00 pm - 7:30 am), 36 hr Guarantee; Every other weekend/holiday coverage is required

Duration: 12 weeks

Pay Package Breakdown for 36 hrs:

• Taxable Wages Per Hour: $25.75
• Taxable Wages Per Week: $927.00
• Non-Taxable Housing Per Week: $1,008.00
• Non-Taxable MI&E  Per Week: $602.00
• Estimated Gross Wages Per Week: $2,537.00
• Estimated Gross Wages Per Hour: $70.47
