Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Supervisor position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Supervises and coordinates logistic activities between Distribution Center and Manufacturing facility.

Main role is to schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments, arrange all EFS pickups, provide BOL

and POD to customers. Responsibility of the daily shuttles between the DC and Elements manufacturing

facility.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Oversee all transportation operations and functions

Schedule inbound and outbound dock appointments.

Send all necessary BOL, POD documents to customers.

Create shipping labels under UPS system.

Create labels and schedule pick up in the FedEx system.

Ship all bill of ladings to customers.

Ship some material under customers system.

Audits transportation fees and invoices to route into accounts payable.

Experience in using a TMS transportation management system.

Customer service with vendors and customers.

Education and Qualifications

Bachelor would be a plus or equivalent experience in the warehouse and logistics area.

Solid knowledge in Supply Chain management

Ability to supervise and train staff

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Problem solving abilities

Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.

Customer service skills.
