• Contract - at least 1 year


• Schedule: 8am - 5pm M-F


• Hybrid in Glendale - 3 days per week in office required

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Minimum 5 years working in the financial services industry with direct experience in commission processing. Requires basic understanding of incentive compensation in the broker/dealer, insurance or other commission based sales environment.


• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and especially problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have a strong solution-oriented mind-set.


• Strong general technology knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office with Excel skills required.


• Well-developed ability to identify and interpret data and resolve exceptions


• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics and presentation packages, and applicable business line systems

Responsibilities:

• Analyzes losses that are incurred through various internal and external frauds and crimes committed.


• Conducts trend analysis, identifies losses and coordinates strategies with management to minimize losses.


• Develops and recommends fraud prevention policies to management.


• Interacts with various Lines of Business, law enforcement, attorneys, vendors and other external establishments to gather all necessary information needed for case investigation or analysis.
