Job Description:
Ensure the hospital case management technology is effectively integrated into hospital operations, enhancing patient care, streamlining workflows, and improving overall efficiency. This role will regularly engage with clinical staff as a subject matter expert to ensure they have appropriate access and proficient in using the software system's functionality. This role is a workflow and system expert who will support the facility/market during the implementation and go-live periods. This position requires a detailed understanding of the system functionality and familiarity with facility case management clinical workflow.
Shift(s) required: 8 hour shift, approximately 8am-4pm CT M- F
No patient contact but must have NURSYS
Health care professional (CNA, EMT, LPN, RN etc.) Preferred.
EMR system:CarePort Care Management (case management documentation system)
Will travel to various local Medical facilities. 75% or more travel.
