• Contract
• Hybrid in Portland OR - must live within commuting distance
• Minimal days in office - primarily remote

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience in a specific line of business and/or IT environment
• IT background with integrations and application implementations.
• Business analysis skills, knowledge of the International Institute of Business Analysis - BABOK processes.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Products. And the ability to create data visualizations and communicate highly technical processes to business professionals.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Interprets internal and external business issues, recommending best practices.
• Solves complex problems, identifying innovative solutions.
• Works independently, providing guidance in complex situations.
• May lead functional teams or projects.
• Takes responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective processes.
• Facilitates scoping and priority setting for large changes, engaging senior stakeholders.
• Manages provision of consultancy services and/or team of consultants.
• Analyzes business processes, identifies alternative solutions, and recommends new approaches.
• Establishes client requirements for significant changes in organizational functions.
• Identifies measures for benefits, monitors progress, and ensures stakeholder involvement.
• Supports senior management to align plans and deliverables with expected benefits.
