Only considering candidates with the following:

  • High School Diploma required, AA or BS in Business Admin, Finance, or Accounting preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in Office Management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask


  • Works closely with Area Controller to ensure financial data is accurate and timely: includes activities such as journal entries, budget preparation, financial reporting.

  • Maintains all employee and financial files, in accordance with WestRock regulations. Maintains standards of documentation, record-keeping and reporting as prescribed by corporate and division policies.

  • Coordinates, and performs business support such as processing and monitoring of accounts payable and receivable, shipping and receiving, order receipt and entry.

  • Responsible for preparation and distribution of routine and standardized reports and correspondence.

  • Performs or assists in month-end closing.

  • Ensures the smooth flow of the office, including tasks alignment, coverage, cross-training, and other.

  • May supervise dispatch, administrative, weighmaster and/or accounting clerical support.

  • Assists with customer service, mail processing and distribution, payroll data entry, filing and record-keeping.

  • Workers Compensation claim processing with benefits dept.

  • Supports hourly recordkeeping systems such as PeopleSoft and Kronos.

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, background checks, physicals, enters I-9 documentation into E-verify system for hourly hires.
