Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Machine Operator position in an exciting warehouse facility! Operate reprographics and bindery equipment to successfully produce consistent quality documents to customer specifications. Perform simple pre-flight digital file preparations and originals clean-up where applicable. Interprets job tickets Document all completed work in RPF job entry and tracking system to ensure accountability and follow-up opportunities. Ensure that the quality of production work is checked in accordance with RPF quality control policies and procedures. Accurately document all machine service breakdowns and ongoing maintenance needs. Contact machine service technicians in the event of service breakdowns and malfunctions. Perform routine daily machine maintenance and equipment calibration as specified by management. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area at all times. Re-stock specific functional workstation at the end of each shift worked. Perform any duties within the RPF facility as assigned by management. Two years of college or equivalent work experience. Must possess the ability to effectively work as a team member in a professional work environment; must demonstrate sound judgment. Must be able to plan, prioritize and implement detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner. Must possess the ability to listen actively, analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills. One to three years experience within office products, technology and services, or other related environments is preferable, but not required; must have the ability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines. One to three years work experience in either a print/reprographics production environment is preferable, but not required. Assignments are routine and structured. Clear direction is given. Requires regular supervision.
