Job Description:

Skills/Duties

• Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry


• Demonstrated ability to effectively match candidate profiles with job descriptions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.


• Firm understanding of compensation concepts, theories, and trends


• Strong negotiation and mediation skills, enabling successful outcomes in candidate discussions and offer processes.


• Skilled in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including industry contacts, online platforms, associations, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent.


• Develop and execute full life cycle recruiting including job descriptions, posting, outbound sourcing, and intake sessions with managers, conducting interviews and negotiating terms of employment.


• Network through industry contacts, Internet, associations, trade groups and employees to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates.


• Required: Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Point (please list years of experience)


• 4+ years of senior level recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment


• Previous experience recruiting for a consulting firm is STRONGLY PREFERRED

Education:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent field of study
