Job Description:

• Provide daily support to associates for card/expense program inquiries, providing policy and process education


• Process global corporate card applications


• Navigate complex inquiries and situations by leveraging T&E knowledge and resources


• Basic understanding of available reporting and ability to run and analyze the data to address associate inquiries and T&E program as required


• Work with third party providers and internal partners on resolution efforts with minimal support


• Proactively identify and support real-time issues and trends as well as continuous improvement initiatives for clients T&E program and corporate strategies reference documentation and internal documents are current and updated


• Assist in any global consistency and program expansion projects
