Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Clerical position in an exciting warehouse facility!

 The ideal candidate will be responsible for order entry, scheduling appointments, coordinating routing with our Distribution Centers (DCs), and effectively communicating tracking information from vendors, carriers, and trucks to our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter orders accurately and efficiently into the system.


• Schedule appointments for deliveries and pickups.


• Coordinate routing and logistics with our Distribution Centers.


• Communicate tracking updates and delivery status to customers.


• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.


• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements:
