• Contract - 6 months


• Schedule: 8:30am - 4:30pm M-F


• In office until fully trained (up to 3 weeks), then hybrid

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred


• 3 years experience with collections/revenue/accounting/AR or related function


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to work independently


• Excellent planning and organization skills

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely addressing and resolution of UAC Unmatched issues.


• Fully understand the JDE Automatch Process, including its fields and troubleshooting methods for customer issues.


• Take initiative to anticipate and address potential problems early, ensuring proactive resolution.


• Utilize intermediate or advanced Excel skills, including pivots and VLOOKUPs, on a daily basis.


• Keep the UAC Working File consistently updated.


• Maintain up-to-date process and procedure documents.


• Process 1700+ incoming payments monthly.


• Conduct thorough research and reconciliation for processing previous UAC cases per the UAC Working File.


• Extract data from customer portals and match it to Open Invoices Aging using VLOOKUPs, especially for large accounts with multiple payments per week.


• Minimize the number of prior year cash cases.


• Request remittance support from customers to prevent recurring payment issues.
