Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• 2+ years of experience managing inventory/assets


• ERP knowledge and experience (inventory and order management functionalities)


• Google Suite and Microsoft Office experience


• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets


• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:

• Inventory replenishment and purchase requisitions


• Manage purchase orders and validate invoices


• Expedite communication with vendors


• Handle sales tax issues and enforce policies


• Serve as primary contact for inventory requests


• Manage national warehouse inventory and vendor issues


• Prioritize work orders and monitor back orders


• Oversee freight activities and 3rd party warehouse operations


• Identify savings opportunities and collaborate on agreements


• Maintain warehouse organization and assist in tasks/projects
