Position Summary
The WFH Temp Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to HR
colleagues, hiring managers and candidates through management of the candidates onboarding process. The
Onboarding Coordinator will perform administrative and transactional activities in support of these functions, including
but not limited to initiating pre-employment screenings as applicable, sending correspondence to candidates, following
up on new hire activities and monitoring candidate confirmation to ensure the planned start date is achieved. The
Onboarding Coordinator will be engaged to seek ongoing performance improvement opportunities in all areas related to
the successful onboarding of candidates for the assigned market, division, or line of business.
