Maintain good customer relations in all aspects of the job.2. Perform company bookkeeping tasks using Intuit Quickbooks accounting software. This includes, butis not limited to:a) Accurate cash records, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.b) Company Payroll.c) Federal and state tax returns, and multiple state sales tax reports.d) Inventory records.3. Maintain accurate sales, service and leasing records.4. Research and register for Sales Tax Certificates in additional states as needed5. Generate various reports for owners using computer and hard copy records.6. Maintain office supplies inventory.7.
