(PLA) will provide administrative and operational support to the PR Manager with the objective of strengthening the Porsche brand image and representation in Latin America and the Caribbean. Roles & responsibilities:<ul> <li>Track and audit all the markets activities via the Porsche Marketing Management System.</li> <li>Assist with coordination of international media events and projects: travel coordination and social program for journalists.</li> <li>Host media and serve as point of contact, as required, at local events.</li> <li>Work in collaboration with the PR agency & Monitoring agencies.</li> <li>Create media event reports to summarize the coverage on international media events in collaboration with PLA importers, Porsche AG and agencies.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul> <li>Associates degree in administration, engineering, administrative assistant or related field.</li> <li>2+ year experience in corporate environments and/or events organization</li> <li>Proficiency in English, very good written and spoken Spanish. Effective oral communication skills.</li> <li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc). Adobe Photoshop desirable.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Automotive Industry preferred.</li> <li>Must have experience in driving a vehicle and possess a valid drivers license.</li> <li>Good networking ability and a high level of personal resolve. Facility to interact professionally with media, importers, vendors and Porsche AG.</li> <li>Willingness to take initiative and work proactively.
