Only considering candidates with the following:
<ul>
 <li>Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies or Certification in Paralegal Studies</li>
 <li>3+ years of experience as a Paralegal</li>
 <li>Advanced knowledge of legal terminology</li>
 <li>Advanced analytical thinking</li>
 <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
 <li>Skilled in conducting legal research and organizing and summarizing information from divergent sources</li>

Responsibilities:
<ul>
 <li>Manage subpoena requests</li>
 <li>Attend meetings with the attorneys and provide support for HR or Ethics investigations</li>
 <li>Assist the litigation team with management of cases</li>
 <li>Manage active cases/investigations</li>
