• Contract - 6 Months
• Onsite in Battle Creek, MI
• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Only considering candidates with the following:

• Ability to walk the length of a warehouse and to stand for an extended period of time.
• Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, sales support, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Strong accounting, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving
• Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions
• Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to customers and WestRock employees

Responsibilities:

• You will serve and support the Technical Support Manager and Office Manager in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• You will perform job duties as assigned, including project-related work to support the Automation division of Smurfit Westrock Box on Demand
• Machine Inventory
• Reconcile Machine GL
• Submit Machines to FA
• File UC
• Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.
• Review and track all Invoice submissions
• Manage machine contracts
• Assist with Avetta compliance
• Assist with Service Scheduling
